Gregory Pennington Online

Knowing your debts are going down is a good feeling. Actually seeing them shrink is even better! When we launched Gregory Pennington Online in February 2012, it gave our debt management customers a simple way of checking on their progress (and more) anytime they wanted to - as long as they have access to the internet, of course.

What is Gregory Pennington Online?

It's a secure 'online information hub' that lets our debt management customers check up on their debt management plan and see how they're doing.

They can log on and:

•  Keep track of payments & balances

•  View arrangements & payments to lenders

•  Check which lenders have frozen / reduced interest

•  Check messages & post

•  Order prepaid envelopes so they can forward creditor letters

It doesn't mean people have to check it every day, though. We send customers an SMS text message when something changes that they need to know about.

Plus, our Personal Finance Managers (PFMs) are still there on the end of the phone, so customers can call them if they have a question that Gregory Pennington Online doesn't answer - or if they simply prefer the 'human touch'.

How can I access Gregory Pennington Online?

Gregory Pennington Online comes as standard with every customer's plan. If you're already a Gregory Pennington customer and you've not yet registered, all we need is your email address to get started. Just ask your Personal Finance Manager for more information.

If you're not a Gregory Pennington customer, but you are struggling with your debts, take a look at our debt management page so you can decide whether debt management looks like the best way of dealing with your debts.

Why was Gregory Pennington Online launched?

Customers trust us with their finances and that's something we take very seriously. We always try to be as open and honest as possible - and Gregory Pennington Online is an effective way of doing that, showing people exactly what's happening with their debts, anytime they want to check.

It's also a good place for useful information: there's a dedicated Support Centre with money-saving tips, frequently asked questions and helpful guides.

And of course, it's a great way of cutting down on everyone's paper usage. The more we can all do online, the more we'll be protecting the environment.
